Addiction is the “other pandemic,” according to addiction expert and psychedelic proponent, Dr. Charles Flores. Originally from the Bronx, Dr. Flores stood witnessed the shift in the neighborhood in the mid to late 70s.Many have contended that drug were purposely “dumped” into poor neighborhoods by the government in the drug war.
